MonkeyThunk LLC ("MonkeyThunk", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through monkeythunk.com and our apps, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us: if you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.

Website: this site is a static site with no sign-in, no forms, no analytics and no advertising. The company that hosts it may use basic cookies and keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Our apps: our apps are designed to work on your own devices. Audio, voice, motion and camera input used for musical control is processed on your device and is not sent to us.

2. Third-party services

Some app features connect to third-party services you choose to use (for example, signing in to a sound-sharing service). Those connections are between you and that service, under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

Only to respond to you, to operate and improve our site and apps, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't run advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, or when the law requires it.

5. Children

Our site and apps aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information you've sent us by emailing sean@monkeythunk.com.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
